Pre-Show Education Begins Sept. 27
Join us September 28-29 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center for jewelry’s can’t-miss event of the year. Jewelry store owners, buyers, managers, and designers will gather for education, networking and buying from leading vendors and service providers. Plan to bring your team in early for a full day of pre-show Cram Day education on Sept. 27. You won’t want to miss it!
Trade show badges are free for all eligible attendees and can be secured prior to the show by registering here or onsite at the Registration Desk. Please read the Attendance Policy below for more information on eligibility and how to pre-qualify.

ATTENDEE QUALIFICATION PROCESS
To confirm eligibility, all registrations will be evaluated by the INSTORE Show Registration Team based on the qualifications below.
RETAILER QUALIFICATIONS:
- JA Member
- State Assn. Member
- JBT
- AGS Member
- National Association of Jewelry Appraisers Member
- AGTA Member
- Jewelry Bench Professional – JA Senior/Master Bench Jeweler
- Students in Jewelry Arts/Decorative Arts Programs
- If you do not have any of the above affiliations, you may email the following information to [email protected] for consideration:
– Copy of your store lease (signature page only) / business license and website
– Copy of your sales tax certificate
– Copies of invoices from three suppliers for multiple purchases totaling $10,000 or more of finished jewelry made within the past 12 months
WHOLESALER QUALIFICATIONS
- JBT
- Copies of invoices from five suppliers for multiple purchases totaling $10,000 or more of finished jewelry made within the past 12 months.
ATTENDANCE POLICY:
The INSTORE Show is for jewelry store professionals including owners, buyers, managers, and retail designers. Admission to The INSTORE Show will be granted only to retail buyers and wholesalers of finished jewelry based on the qualification process listed above. Admission will not be granted to people not employed in the jewelry trade or children under the age of 14 (including infants). Industry suppliers, manufacturers, loose stone dealers, wholesale designers and service providers are invited to participate as exhibitors of The INSTORE Show. CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you are unable to attend the INSTORE Show for any reason, please let us know. Send an email to [email protected]. We would be happy to transfer your trade show badge to an eligible colleague, if you’d like to send someone in your place.
