SUSAN EISEN is a jewelry designer, goldsmith, and GIA Graduate Gemologist; the author of the book Crazy About Jewelry: The Expert Guide to Buying, Selling, and Caring for Your Jewelry, and the owner of Susan Eisen Fine Jewelry and Watches in El Paso, Texas (her hometown). Her many awards include Woman Retailer of the Year from the Women’s Jewelry Association, one of the top 31 jewelers named “Americas Best Jewelers” by National Jeweler Magazine, and Best of the Best Jeweler in El Paso for multiple years. She’s a past president of the Texas Jewelers Association and holds the titles of Master Gemologist Appraiser from the American Society of Appraisers and Certified Gemologist Appraiser from the American Gem Society.
