Mr. Pimental is a Business Improvement Specialist mainly focusing on Independent Jewelers in the United States, Canada, and Australia. He specializes in helping businesses with Strategic Planning, Building Infrastructure, Leadership Development, Sales Training, New Hire and Coaching Assessments.

Prior to opening his consulting business Mr. Pimental was the Vice President of Stores for Robbins Brothers The Engagement Ring Stores. Robbins Brothers is a 15-store regional chain which operates in four states. Mark spent thirty years at Robbins Brothers helping them grow from a 14-store mall chain doing 11 million dollars to a 15 super store chain doing 120 million in revenue.

Mr. Pimental’s jeweler career began back in 1988 with Helzberg Diamonds where he started in a sales position and grew to Regional Supervisor in four short years.

Mr. Pimental received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from South Dakota State University in 1987. He won the Manager of Year award at Robbins Brothers three times, extra mile award and various leadership awards.
